Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Clearance items, gift cards, and personal care products (like teething rings or pacifiers) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at babypcentre1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
